The key points
Non-refundable. It reserves your date and covers planning and prep.

Quotes and pricing
Prices on the booking page and package finder are starting prices. Your final quote is confirmed after I review your request and, for more complex projects, after a short scope call.
- Quote validity: a final quote is valid for 30 days from the date I send it.
- What's included: each package lists what it includes. Anything not listed is quoted separately before I start it.
- Equipment rentals: when your package or add-on includes matched cinema cameras, the rental is included in the price.
- Travel: included within 30 miles of Houston. Beyond that, a flat travel fee is added based on distance. Overnight and multi-day trips include travel costs in your quote.

- Hotel: booked by you, or added to your invoice at cost.
- Flights, rental cars, baggage, and parking: charged at cost.
- Travel days: $400 for each full day spent traveling without filming.
Travel costs are listed in your quote before you book.
- Taxes: prices don't include any taxes that may apply.
Booking and retainer
Sending a request through the booking page doesn't reserve your date. Your date is held only once both of these are complete:
- Your written agreement is signed.
- Your 50% retainer is paid.
The retainer is non-refundable. It reserves time that I turn other work away for, and it covers planning, prep, and scheduling that start right after you book. It's applied toward your project total.
Payments
- Pay in full: 50% retainer to book. The remaining 50% is due before final files are released.
- Pay in 4: available on one-time projects over $2,000. 50% retainer to book, then 3 equal payments due on shoot day, at first draft, and at final delivery.
- How to pay: invoices are sent through Stripe and can be paid by card or bank transfer.
- Due dates: invoices are due within 7 days of being sent, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Late payments: if a payment is more than 7 days overdue, work and delivery pause until it's paid, and a 5% late fee is added for each week it remains overdue.
- Disputes: please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank. A disputed payment pauses the project and your use of any delivered work until it's resolved.
Monthly plans
- Billing: billed in advance on the same date each month, by automatic payment.
- Minimum: 3 months. After that, plans continue month to month.
- Canceling: after the minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
- Canceling early: canceling during the 3-month minimum means the remaining months of the minimum are due.
Cancellations
If you cancel, what's due depends on how much notice you give before your scheduled date. Notice must be in writing, by email.
For projects with more than 1 date, these amounts apply to the part of the project tied to the canceled date.
Rescheduling and weather
- Free reschedule: 1 free reschedule with at least 14 days' notice, to a new date within 90 days of the original.
- Extra changes: later reschedules, or changes with 7 to 13 days' notice, are $150 each.
- Short notice: a change with less than 7 days' notice is treated as a cancellation.
- New date: a new date depends on my availability. If no date within 90 days works for you, the change is treated as a cancellation.
- Weather: outdoor shoots can be moved for free because of unsafe weather. We'll decide together at least 24 hours before.
If I have to cancel
If I can't make your date because of illness, an emergency, or something outside my control, I'll tell you as soon as possible and offer you a new date.
If a new date doesn't work for you, I'll refund everything you've paid for work that hasn't been delivered, including the retainer.
On shoot day
- Timing: your booked time starts at the scheduled start, even if things begin late. Setup and breakdown are included in your booked time.
- Extra time: $150 an hour, when my schedule allows.
- Locations and people: you're responsible for location access, any permits, and permission from the people and places you arrange to be filmed.
- Seeing the location: at least 72 hours before your shoot, I need access to visit the location, or clear photos or a video walkthrough, so I can plan my setup.
- Planning visits: for live performances, larger events, and livestreams, I may attend a rehearsal, walk through the venue, or both, depending on the project and the access available. A planning visit is included with Performance Showcase, Extended Event, Live Multi-Cam, and Live + Clips packages. For other performance, event, and one-time livestream packages, it's a $200 add-on for a visit of up to 2 hours, plus travel fees past 30 miles. If no planning visit happens, coverage is planned from the information you provide and what's available on the day.
- Access for planning visits: you're responsible for arranging access to the rehearsal or venue on the agreed date. If the visit is canceled, moved past the agreed date, or I'm unable to access the venue, the visit is considered complete and isn't refunded, and I'm not responsible for coverage issues the visit would have helped prevent.
- A point of contact: please have someone on site who can make decisions and help with access.
- Safety: I may pause or end a shoot if conditions become unsafe or the environment becomes hostile. Time already booked isn't refunded in that case.
Livestreams
- Internet: livestreams need a reliable, wired or strong internet connection at the venue. We'll confirm it before your date, and a test may be needed.
- Outages: streams depend on the venue's internet and the streaming platform. Outages outside my control aren't refundable.
- Your recording: you'll still receive the full recording of your event.
- Platform rules: streaming platforms may mute or remove content, such as copyrighted music. That's outside my control.
Edits, revisions, and approval
- Revisions: each video includes 1 round of revisions. Please send all your feedback together within 7 days of receiving your draft.
- Extra changes: changes beyond the included round are $95 an hour.
- Approval: if I don't hear back within 14 days of sending a draft, it's considered approved and the final balance is due.
- Editing style: editing movement, like push-ins and reframes, is only used if it fits your style. We confirm it with you before editing.
- New requests: changes to the concept or new videos after shooting are quoted separately.
Turnaround and rush delivery
- Turnaround: each package lists its standard turnaround in business days, starting the day after your shoot or after I receive your footage.
- Rush delivery: about half the standard turnaround, for 30% of the package price, or 25% each when added to 2 or more services.
- Availability: rush is confirmed based on my schedule before your project is booked.
- Your part: turnaround times depend on getting your feedback, assets, and approvals on time. Delays on your side extend the timeline.
- If I miss a confirmed rush deadline for reasons on my side, the rush fee is refunded.
Delivery and footage storage
- Delivery: final files are delivered by download link once payment is complete.
- Storage: 90 days after delivery, your footage is deleted or archived, depending on the scope and size of your project. If you need it kept longer, let me know before the 90 days are up. A storage fee may apply. Please download and back up your files.
- Raw footage: original, unedited files are only included in filming-only packages or with the raw footage add-on.
Ownership and usage
- Your license: once you've paid in full, you can use your final videos on your own channels, website, ads, and marketing, for as long as you like.
- What I keep: I keep the copyright to the work I create and to the raw footage, unless you buy the raw footage add-on.
- What's not allowed: reselling the videos, or presenting them as someone else's work.
- Portfolio: I may feature select projects in my portfolio and on social media. If your project needs to stay private, tell me in writing before your shoot.
Music and your content
- Music I provide: licensed music is included in your edits for use on your channels.
- Music or content you provide: logos, footage, photos, or music you give me must be yours to use, or properly licensed by you.
- Content claims: I'm not responsible for platforms muting or removing content because of material you provided.
Inactive projects
If I can't reach you for 30 days during a project, the project is closed and any remaining balance is due. Reopening it later depends on my availability and may include a fee.
Liability
- Limit: my total responsibility for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you've paid for that project.
- Indirect losses: I'm not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
- Equipment and data: I use professional equipment and back up footage, but in the rare case of technical failure or data loss, my responsibility is limited to a refund of what you've paid for the affected work.
- Your materials and locations: you agree to cover any claims that come from content, music, locations, or people you provided or arranged.
Events outside anyone's control
Neither of us is responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, public emergencies, or government orders. If this happens, we'll work together on a new date first. Payments for work already done are still due.
Disagreements and governing law
If something goes wrong, let's talk first. Most issues can be solved with a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes and contact
I may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you sign your agreement are the ones that apply to your project.
